Musi Rawas, – Proyek Pembangunan Taman Olahraga Muara Kati, Desa Mura Kati Kecamatan Tiang Pumpung Kepungut Kabupaten Musi Rawas yang menggunakan Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (APBD) Kabupaten Musi Rawas diduga ajang bancakan.
Hal ini diungkapkan oleh ketua Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat Peduli Pembangunan Daerah (LSM-PPD) Herdianto, menurutnya pembangunan taman Olahraga Muara Kati tersebut, baik tentang pembelian sebidang tanah berukuran sekira 15000 M² dengan nilai berkisar Rp 585.000.000- melalui Dinas Perumahan dan Kawasan Permukiman (DPU-Perkim),
Lanjut Herdianto begitu juga dengan Pembangunan Taman Olahraga sebesar Rp 2,7 milyar melalui Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Cipta Karya Tata Ruang dan Pengairan (DPU-CKTRP) terkesan ada kejanggalan.
“Saat ini ada beberapa item-item yang kami laporkan ke Kejaksaan Negeri Lubuklinggau, pertama pembebasan lahan serta proyek pembangunan taman Olahraga Desa Muara Kati Diduga ada beberapa item-item yang “Fiktif” ungkap Herdianto.
Disampaikan Herdianto bahwa proyek Pembangunan Taman Olahraga Muara Kati dikerjakan oleh CV. Rizki Ananda yang beralamat di Jalan Lintas Sumatera Dusun 3 Desa Muara Beliti Baru Kabupaten Musi Rawas dengan anggaran Rp 2.756.000.000.
Atas dasar itu Herdianto menilai, bahwa proyek Pembangunan Taman Olahraga Muara Kati yang dibangun menggunakan uang Rakyat Kabupaten Musi Rawas tersebut kuat dugaan anggaran tersebut ajang korupsi oleh oknum.
“Kita belum tau azaz manfaatnya proyek tersebut, sedangkan anggaran miliyaran sudah dihamburkan” diduga kegiatan tersebut tidak sesuai dengan RAB tegas Herdianto.
Ketua LSM-PPD mendesak kepada pihak Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Lubuklinggau agar segera mengkroscek ke lokasi kegiatan itu dan dirinya berharap agar Kejaksaan Negeri Lubuklinggau tidak tebang pilih dalam mengusut tuntas laporan masyarakat.
