Musi Rawas, Mitrakeadilan.com – Klinik Nafisah Zhafirah, (KNZ) merupakan salah satu klinik yang berada di Desa Lubuk Ngin Kecamatan Selangit Kabupaten Musi Rawas Provinsi Sumatera Selatan, Pemilik klinik HJ.MARYANI, SKM, S.KEP NERS.
Klinik Nafisah melayani seperti, IGD 24 jam, Rawat inap, Rawat jalan, Pelayanan gigi, Persalinan, Laboratorium, Kefarmasian, Ekg, Usg, dan Sunat Modern.
Keberadaan klinik ini di desa Lubuk Ngin sebelum di mulai survei akreditasi acara di mulai dengan tarian sekapur sirih dan dilanjutkan survei akreditasi klinik nafisah zhafirah dilaksanakan Selasa dan terakhir hari Kamis tanggal 12 dan 14 Desember 2023 Adapun tim dari Surveiyor dari Kabupaten Musi Rawas:

2. dr Syarifah Nadya Assagaf
3. Kadek Wardana SKM sebagai surveiyor bidang tata kelola sumber daya dan UKM dan
4. dr Syarifah Nadya Assagaf surveiyor bidang tata kelola pelayanan dan penunjang survei
Akreditasi di buka tanggal 12 -12 -2023 secara daring oleh kepala dinas kesehatan Ibu Drg Maya Kusuma Putri Mars dan secara luring di klinik pratama rawat inap Nafisah Zhafirah, tanggal 14/12/2023 untuk melihat kesesuaian antara dokumen yang ada dengan realita di klinik dengan cara telusur dokumen dan telusur tata Grana.
Saat ditaya wartawan, pemilik klinik Hj. MARYANI, SKM, S.KEP NERS. Apa harapannya dengan ada survei akreditasi untuk kedepan, “Semoga klinik pratama rawat inap Nafisah Zhafirah ini bisa menjadi fasilitas pilihan pertama bagi masyarakat dalam pelayanan kesehatan dan bisa bermanfaat bagi masyarakat sekitar”. Ucapnya.
Diakhir acara survei ditutup dengan dihadiri lintas sektor dan camat kecamatan selangit, bapak Misbahudin Lubis M.Si beserta staf, Ka BLUD UPT PKM selangit, Kapolsek STL ULU Terawas, Koramil STL ULU Terawas, Kepala desa se Kecamatan Selangit, Kepala KUA korlap KB, Penyuluhan pertanian, dan pihak PT Evan lestari.(jhon)
